1Place provides to people and organizations a storage space allowing to bring together data that are usually scattered in several web or mobile applications: emails in Gmail, documents in Office Online, photos in iCloud, traditional files in Dropbox,… Working online today generally leads to a gigantic mess but thanks to 1Place it is no longer the case. Everything is in “one place” and it becomes possible to create folders to group related information together, annotate documents with notes or tags and use the integrated search engine to instantly find any piece of data. 1Place also helps to organize the elements over time: there are things in progress, things to do later or things that have been archived. Finally, 1Place simplifies collaborative work, it is possible to share individual items or entire folders packed with a variety of documents.
